Established in 1997, Shelterbelt is a fully licensed, bonded and insured landscape contracting company that is dedicated to enlightened open-land management, restoration of native vegetation and habitats, and beautiful, natural landscapes.  We are skilled in safe and effective working methods, beneficial plant and noxious weed identification, and good land management decision-making.  Washington Specialty Contractor #SHELT**972JS.

By the very nature of our main line of work--the restoration of native plants and natural lands--we are committed  to a greener world.  Likewise, we are committed to sustainable business practices and support of the local economy.  In the office and in the field, we strive to reduce, reuse and recycle.  On projects, we process biomass on-site when possible, utilize locally produced mulches and composts, and patronize local nursery growers and suppliers.
